電友B:原因是25秒起動(dòng)時(shí)由0頻起動(dòng)有很長(zhǎng)時(shí)一段時(shí)間在低頻運(yùn)行,又是重載很容易達(dá)到磁飽和而啟動(dòng)失敗,而16秒正常是因?yàn)轭l率上升得快一些跟據(jù)壓頻關(guān)系反而不容易達(dá)到磁飽和就正常了,好的方法是:把啟動(dòng)頻率調(diào)高一些就行了!
電友C:越重載,越不能平緩啟動(dòng)。通俗的說(shuō),需要一個(gè)瞬間大力矩,先一個(gè)陡坡后再曲線啟動(dòng)。調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)矩提升和起始電壓。這種拖的越久越不好,電機(jī)發(fā)熱嚴(yán)重,變頻器還愛保護(hù)。
電友D:其實(shí)你有兩種方法解決這個(gè)問題: 1.用矢量模式,放大電流限值及轉(zhuǎn)矩限值 2.用VF模式,用自由曲線或者恒轉(zhuǎn)矩曲線,提高預(yù)升壓。
